During today’s Nintendo Direct presentation, Nintendo of Europe’s President Satoru Shibata showed the first English trailer for upcoming Nintendo DS releases Pokémon Black Version 2 and Pokémon White Version 2.

Shibata also showed footage of Pokémon Dream Radar and confirmed the title will be available to download between September and November along with Pokédex 3D Pro via the Nintendo 3DS eShop.

Pokémon Black Version 2 and Pokémon White Version 2 aren’t the only Pokémon games heading to the Nintendo DS system however with Learn with Pokémon: Typing Adventure today confirmed for the handheld. Originally released in Japan over a year ago to teach consumers how to Romanise Japanese characters into English, the game will now simply offer people the chance to improve their typing skills through fun gameplay.

Learn with Pokémon: Typing Adventure comes bundled with a Nintendo Wireless Keyboard accessory which is compatible with the Nintendo DS family of systems, the Nintendo 3DS and the Wii console.

Finally Shibata announced that Masahiro Sakurai will be teaming up with Bandai Namco Studios to produce the new Super Smash Bros. entries for the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U system. Nintendo originally planned to put together a team of their own but this new partnership will allow for a shorter development time, the chance for external developers to contribute ideas, and even the possibility of Bandai Namco characters making their way into the game’s roster.

A prototype has already been quickly put together and Sakurai is very happy with how it is running, hopefully there will be gameplay footage of Super Smash Bros. 3DS and Wii U ready to show at E3 2013.
